Our Mission

As the #1 talent platform for hiring marketers, we’ve built our name on delivering high-caliber freelance talent to the world’s most influential brands. We stick to the same standards when we hire internally, too. 

Our team works across the U.S., collaborating across time zones using a tech stack designed for asynchronous work — including tools like Asana, Slack and Jira.

Hiring Process 

We designed our hiring process so you can meet multiple team members and show off your skills.

Application Review 

We’ll take a look at your resume, and reach out if it seems like there might be a match. If not, we strive to let applicants know within one week if they will be moving forward in the process.

Initial Video call  screen

If you pass the initial screening, interview with one of our vetters. They are experts in your field — and they can tell the difference between a candidate with hands-on experience and a project manager. Impress them, and you’re on to the next step.

Interview with the the BookmyMarketer team.

On your second video call, you’ll have a chance to meet with one or more of the leaders of the team you applied to join.

Skill Test

Time to tackle a mini project, and show off some of the skills you'll need in your prospective role.

Final Interview

On this third call, you’ll get a chance to talk through your work on the skills test and meet more team members.

Reference Checks

We’ll ask for 2-3 references from your past professional life. We’d ideally like to chat with one colleague, one manager and one direct report (if you’ve been a manager before).

Offer

Congrats! If you’ve made it to this step, we’ll send you an offer letter and set up a start date!
