We designed our hiring process so you can meet multiple team members and show off your skills.
We’ll take a look at your resume, and reach out if it seems like there might be a match. If not, we strive to let applicants know within one week if they will be moving forward in the process.
If you pass the initial screening, interview with one of our vetters. They are experts in your field — and they can tell the difference between a candidate with hands-on experience and a project manager. Impress them, and you’re on to the next step.
On your second video call, you’ll have a chance to meet with one or more of the leaders of the team you applied to join.
Time to tackle a mini project, and show off some of the skills you'll need in your prospective role.
On this third call, you’ll get a chance to talk through your work on the skills test and meet more team members.
We’ll ask for 2-3 references from your past professional life. We’d ideally like to chat with one colleague, one manager and one direct report (if you’ve been a manager before).
Congrats! If you’ve made it to this step, we’ll send you an offer letter and set up a start date!
